Introduction & Consent
1.1 Acknowledgement & Acceptance
By accessing or using the juya9 platform (https://juya9.lat), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
These terms constitute a binding legal agreement and may be changed by juya9 at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Important: This platform is intended for users aged 21 and above only. Registration or account operation by minors is strictly prohibited.
1.2 Definition of Services
In this document, "juya9", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the juya9 website and all related services, gaming products, promotions, and digital content. "User", "you", or "player" refers to any person who accesses the platform or creates an account.
Account Registration & Management
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To create an account on juya9, you must meet the following conditions:

- You must create the account in your own name and for your own use.

- You are depositing your own funds and are not acting on behalf of anyone else.
2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

Providing false information, concealing your identity, or registering under someone else's identity is a direct violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and cancellation of any pending withdrawals.
2.3 One Account Policy
Each user may only operate a single account. Creating or operating multiple accounts for the same person is prohibited. If juya9 detects such activity, it reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts and forfeit any bonuses or winnings.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify us immediately at [email protected]. juya9 bears no responsibility for third-party access to your account.
Financial Transactions & Payments
3.1 Deposit Rules
For depositing funds on juya9, we support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
- Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
- Deposits from third-party payments or anonymous e-wallets will not be accepted.
- juya9 reserves the right to verify the source of any deposit.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from juya9:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
- Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
- Withdrawals may be held until any bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
3.3 Validity of Funds
All funds deposited on juya9 must be legally obtained. Money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful financial activity is strictly prohibited. In the case of suspicious transactions, juya9 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and may suspend the account.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
juya9 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000.
Deposit limit example: If you deposit ৳12,000, a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 will apply and your total balance will be ৳22,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Each bonus comes with wagering conditions. A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, and it is calculated on the bonus amount only.
For example: for a ৳2,000 bonus you will need to wager a total of ৳40,000 (৳2,000 × 20) before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
- If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any bonus winnings being cancelled.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
juya9 monitors bonus abuse. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any other fraudulent method will result in account suspension and bonus cancellation.
VIP Program & Rewards
5.1 VIP Tiers
juya9's VIP program has three tiers. Each tier provides weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
Promotion to a higher tier is based on continued active participation and regular activity on the platform.
5.2 Cashback Payment Conditions
VIP cashback is calculated once per week and credited directly to your account. Additional wagering requirements may or may not apply to the cashback amount — contact [email protected] for the latest information on this.
juya9 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes.
Gaming Code of Conduct
6.1 Fair Play Policy
